Your greens this week are from Cara and Aaron at Plowbreak Farm here in Hector. They let us glean some of their greens they had left.

We have almost reached the "end" of this farming season. The next season starts slowly this coming week with the first few trays of seeds being planted. But March is actually very quiet on the farm. The greenhouse gets filled quickly, but little else is going on and we can take a breath before the ground warms up and dries out in April.
