Yes it is broccoli time. And it looks like the plants will even be giving us nice "side shoot" production. All of these broccoli heads are side shoots because you can see the spot in the middle where we have already harvested the main head.

  

Carrots are here. Our hours of hoeing, flameweeding, hand-weeding and thinning our carrot beds are starting to pay-off.

Don't forget...Come join us for a potluck dinner on the farm on Sunday June 30. Dinner starts at 5:30 bring a dish to pass and one to eat from if you can.  We'll have farm tours, a scavenger hunt and some farm Olympics!  Come see your food in the field.
