We are now accepting payment for our fall/winter CSA. It starts the first week of November immediately after the regular season CSA ends.

 These are some of the bean seeds we grew for Fruition Seeds this year. These beautiful beans are called Haudenosaunee Skunk beans...I guess because they are black and white like skunks, not because they smell bad.

 Our "wall of onions". It was a good harvest this year and we have a great supply of onions and shallots. Thanks to Matthew's Mom for cleaning them.

Yes, you can believe it! Those are sweet potatoes that we grew and the voles did not eat them! We will have them available in the CSA the week after next. Right now they are curing in one of our coolers that has been converted into a heater. They have to cure at 85 degrees for about 10 days. They are gorgeous!

Sorry there was no update last week. We did not have any WiFi last weekend.
