Whew! We harvested almost 60 lbs. of ginger on Friday.

The Muddy Fingers farmers got away for a short beach vacation in New Jersey with family. We had a great relaxing time despite the rain on Saturday.
Yes it is ginger harvest-time!
And habanadas too! Find these sweet, no-heat habaneros at market!
We have one lonely chick that was hatched on the farm recently. We hope it makes it...there are many factors working against this little chick from playful dogs to hungry wildlife to oncoming colder weather.

Join us Friday September 14th for a CSA potluck! Bring a dish-to-pass if you can and join us for an evening meal on the farm. (If possible, please bring your own plate and utensils). Take a tour, pet the goats, look in the pond and eat good food right where its grown! 6-9 PM
