Last week of Winter CSA

Today in Corning and tomorrow in Elmira are the final days for the Muddy Fingers Farm Winter CSA. We have a small amount of greens again this week for CSA only. We will be at market in March with a limited selection of produce.

 To increase egg production, we have been giving the chickens an early wake-up call using lights on a timer.

 Here at Muddy Fingers Farm we all enjoy eating old, frozen kale stems. How about you?

The completed wash barn (with solar panels on left and right side of the roof!) Now it just needs a mural/farm name painted on. Anyone feeling creative?
