Freshly planted trays of tomatoes, peppers and/or eggplants

Thanks for a great winter market season. I feel the need to apologize again because we still have not mastered the art of having salad greens all winter long. Next year!
We are looking forward to having a couple months off from harvesting and farmers' markets. This gives us a chance to catch our breath and then really focus on planting in April and May so we can be sure to have a great selection of vegetables once June comes. The greenhouse is already busting at the seams with trays of plants that we will be transplanting outside once the weather is warmer and the soil is dry enough.
