2023/2024 FALL/ WINTER CSA
Beginning of November through 2nd week February
We plan to have the following vegetables available:
Winter Squash, Garlic, Carrots, Kale, Chard, Cabbage, Radishes (watermelon and daikon) , Lettuce Mix, Lettuce Heads, Spicy Greens Mix, Beets, Celeriac, Spinach, Leeks, Fennel, Pac Choi, Salad Turnips, Potatoes, Onions, Shallots, Cilantro, Parsley, Scallions, Asian Greens
Our Fall/Winter CSA is free-choice (just like the summer CSA) with 6 items each week. With holidays, snow days and farmer vacation we may have to double-up some weeks.
