Early season greens

CSA begins Thursday June 3 at Corning Farmers Market 10:00 - 3:00. Then Friday June 4 at the farm from Noon until Dark. And Monday June 7 at Grove Park in Elmira 3:00-6:00.

Expected harvest for Week 1 (small share choose 5, large share choose 7)

• mustard bunches
• beet green bunches (with small beets)
• daikon radishes
• parsnips
• spring radishes
• salad turnips
• scallions
• leeks
• cilantro
• eggs
• organic, locally grown flour
